A username - all small caps and all one word
A name / nickname
A last name initial / last name
An email address
A city/town
A state (if in the US)
A country (if not in the US)
A password using the following criteria...
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
Passwords must have at least 1 digit(s), at least 1 upper case letter(s) and at least 1 non-alphanumeric character(s).
Here we want you to learn at your own pace...
But because of the software we are using, you will be required to log in at least once a month
Or your account will be disabled until the site administrator (Mindy) goes in there and enables it again.
