Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open a new transparent layer 600 x 600
2. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer
3. Open your mask and minimize
4. Go to Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / select your mask from the drop down box / OK
5. Merge group
6. Copy and paste the clouds as a new layer
7. Copy and paste the 2 hearts frame as a new layer
8. Add your tube
9. Click on the 2 hearts frame layer again
10. Duplicate
11. Right-click duplicate layer / Arrange / Bring to Top
12. Using your magic wand, click on the outside of your frame
13. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 5
14. Using your eraser tube, delete the part of your tube that's above your frame on the bottom
15. Go to Selections / Select None
16. Click on the top 2 hearts frame layer
17. Using your eraser tube, delete the part of the frame that is covering your tube
18. Copy and paste some flowers as a new layer
19. Add your text
20. Add a gradient glow of your choosing
21. Add your name
22. Add the same gradient glow
Add your copyright and watermark information
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
