Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!

1. Open a new transparent image 500 x 500

2. Copy and paste embellie37 as a new layer

3. Resize as necessary

4. Copy and paste embellie03 as a new layer

5. Resize as necessary

6. Make sure you are on the frame layer

7. Using your magic wand, select the area inside the frame

8. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand 5

9. Go to Selections / Invert

10. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer

11. Make sure you are on the paper layer

12. Delete

13. Make sure that this paper layer is below the frame layer

14. Make sure you are on the paper layer again

15. Add your tube

16. Position it where you like inside the frame

17. Delete

18. Go to Selections / Select None

19. Make sure you are on your tube layer

20. Duplicate

On the duplicated layer, do the following

21. Gaussian blur / 3

22. Change the layer property to Overlay

On the original layer, do the following

23. Add a drop shadow of your choosing

24. Change the layer property to Luminance (L)

25. Copy and paste embellie16 as a new layer

26. Resize as necessary

27. Position on the top left corner of the frame

28. Duplicate

29. Go to Image / Mirror

30. Go to Image / Flip
(this should put it on the bottom right corner of the frame)

31. Merge down

32. Add same drop shadow as before

33. Add your tube

34. Add same drop shadow as before

35. Add your text

36. Add your name
(this is where I added a gradient glow to my name and text, but that part is completely up to you!)

Add your copyright and watermark information

Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.

When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
