Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!

1. Open your mask and minimize it

2. Open your tube

3. Pick a light color for your foreground and a dark color for your background from your tube

4. Open a new transparent image 500 x 500

5. Flood fill with your dark color

6. Go to Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Add Mask from Image / Select mask from your drop down box / OK

7. Merge / Merge Group

8. Copy your tube and Paste as a New Layer

9. Position it where you like

10. Resize if necessary

11. Go to Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow / use whatever settings you like

12. Also add a drop shadow to your group layer

13. Magic Wand the octagon

14. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 5

15. Add a new raster layer

16. Flood fill with your light color

17. Put this layer behind your mask

18. Add a new raster layer

19. Go to Effects / Plugins / Filter Factory Gallery V / Valentine's Day / use the following settings

Amount 20
Hearts Red 148
Hearts Green 23
Hearts Blue 23
Back Red 255
Back Green 142
Back Blue 142
Back Transparency 0

20. Go to Selections / Select None

21. Change the Opacity to 30%

22. Add your copyright and watermark information

23. Add your text (if you didn't use the wordart)

24. Add your name

Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.

When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
