Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!

1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600

2. Copy and paste one of the papers as a new layer

3. Open your mask and minimize

4. Go to Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / select your mask from the drop down box / OK

5. Merge Group

6. Copy and paste a frame as a new layer

7. Resize as necessary

8. Add a drop shadow of your choosing

9. Using your magic wand, select the inside of your frame

10. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer

11. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 5

12. Go to Selections / Invert

13. Delete

14. Add your closeup tube

15. Delete

16. Go to Selections / Select None

17. Duplicate your tube

On the duplicated layer, do the following

18. Gaussian blur / 3

19. Change the layer property to Overlay

On the duplicated layer, do the following

20. Change the layer opacity to 60

21. Change the layer property to Luminance(L)

22. Add your main tube

23. Position it where you like

** Note **
From here on you really can do whatever you like, but I'm going to continue on with what I did on mine

24. Copy and paste the pin as a new layer

25. Resize as necessary

26. Add the same drop shadow as before

27. Copy and paste the pink heel as a new layer

28. Resize as necessary

29. Add the same drop shadow as before

30. Copy and paste the blue heel as a new layer

31. Resize as necessary

32. Add the same drop shadow as before

33. Copy and paste the sparkles

34. Add your text

** Note **
I used gradient glow on my text to make it stand out better, but this is optional

35. Add your name

Add your copyright and watermark information

Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.

When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
