Things you will need...
PTU Scrapkit Crime Scene by Bits n Bobs that you can purchase at Exquisite Scraps or Scrapkit of Choice
ACD Exclusive Mask 1 by Artmama for Another Creative Design or Mask of Choice

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600
2. Copy and paste element 18 as a new layer
3. Using your magic wand, click on the outside of the frame
4. Go to Selections / Invert
5. Go to Selections / Modify / Contract / 5
6. Go to Selections / Invert
7. Copy and paste paper 10 as a new layer
8. Delete
9. Go to Selections / Select None
10. Move this new paper layer below your frame
11. Copy and paste element 4 as a new layer
12. Resize if needed
13. Copy and paste element 12 as a new layer
14. Resize if needed
15. Change your layer opacity to 50
16. Copy and paste paper 4 as a new layer
17. Go to Layers / Arrange / Send to Bottom
18. Open your mask and minimize
19. Go to Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / select your mask from the drop down box / OK
20. Merge Group
21. Duplicate
22. Go to Image / Flip
23. Go to Image / Mirror
24. Merge down
25. Click on your frame layer
26. Add your tube
27. Resize if needed
28. Click on your frame layer again
29. Duplicate
30. Move this new frame to just above your tube layer
31. Using your eraser tool, erase the top part of the frame so that your tube looks like it's coming out of the frame
32. Copy and paste element 10 as a new layer
33. Resize if needed
34. Add your text
35. Add your name
Add your copyright and watermark information
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
