Things you will need...

Ice is Nice PTU Scrapkit by Bits n Bobs that you can purchase at Exquisite Scraps or Scrapkit of Choice

Mask 78 by Wee Scotts Lass Creations

Plugins you will need...

Xero / Radiance

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!

1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600

2. Open a frame from your scrapkit

3. Copy and paste as a new layer

4. Resize if necessary

5. Using your magic wand, click on the inside of your frame

6. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 5

7. Go to Selections / Invert

8. Copy and paste a paper from your scrapkit as a new layer

9. Delete

10. Copy and paste the snow element 19 as a new layer

11. Position where you like

12. Delete

13. Copy and paste one of the tree branch layers as a new layer
(I used element 20)

14. Position where you like

15. Delete

16. Go to Selections / Select None

17. Add a drop shadow of your choosing to your tree branch layer

18. Click on your frame layer

19. Go to Layers / Arrange / Bring to Top

20. Open your mask and minimize

21. Copy and paste a paper from your scrapkit as a new layer

22. Go to Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / pick your mask from the drop down box / OK

23. Merge Group

24. Click on your mask layer

25. Go to Layers / Arrange / Send to Bottom

26. Copy and paste a butterfly element as a new layer
(I used element 32)

27. Resize if necessary

28. Duplicate

29. Go to Image / Mirror

30. Merge down

31. Add your tube

32. Add a drop shadow of your choosing to your tube layer

33. Duplicate

On the duplicated layer, do the following

34. Gaussian blur / 3

35. Change your layer property to Lighten

On the original layer, do the following

36. Go to Effects / Plugins / Xero / Radiance / use the default settings

37. Copy and paste one of the leaf elements as a new layer
(I used element 46)

38. Resize if necessary

39. Position where you like
(I put mine at the top of the frame)

40. Duplicate

41. Go to Image / Mirror

42. Merge down

43. Add a drop shadow of your choosing

44. Copy and paste one of the flower elements as a new layer
(I used element 60)

45. Resize if necessary

46. Position where you like

47. Duplicate

48. Go to Image / Mirror

49. Merge down

50. Add a drop shadow of your choosing

51. Copy and paste one of the jewel elements as a new layer
(I used element 9)

52. Resize if necessary

53. Position where you like

54. Add a drop shadow of your choosing

55. Add your text

56. Add your name

Add your copyright and watermark information

Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.

When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
