Things you will need...
Scrapkit Dark Cravings by Bits n Bobs or Scrapkit of Choice

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600
2. Copy and paste element 39 as a new layer
3. Resize as necessary
4. Duplicate
5. Go to Image / Mirror
6. Go to Image / Flip
7. Merge down
8. Resize as necessary
9. Copy and paste element 38 as a new layer
10. Resize as necessary
11. Using your magic wand, click on the inside of your frame
12. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 15
13. Click on your very bottom layer
14. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer
15. Go to Selections / Invert
16. Delete
17. Add your closeup tube
18. Delete
19. Go to Selections / Select None
20. Click on your frame layer
21. Add a drop shadow of your choosing
22. Click on your tube layer
23. Duplicate
On the duplicated layer, do the following
24. Gaussian blur / 3
25. Change the layer property to Overlay
On the original layer, do the following
26. Change the layer property to Difference
27. Add your main tube
28. Duplicate
On the duplicated layer, do the following
29. Gaussian blur / 3
30. Change the layer property to Overlay
31. Add your text
32. Add your name
Add your copyright and watermark information
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
