Things you will need...

Mask 88 by Designs by Mindy Mae

Eye Candy 4000 / Gradient Glow - Optional on text

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600
2. Open your mask and minimize
3. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer
4. Go to Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / select mask from the drop down box / OK
5. Merge Group
6. Copy and paste a frame as a new layer
7. Resize as necessary
8. Using your magic wand, click on the inside of the frame
9. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 5
10. Copy and paste another paper as a new layer
11. Go to Selections / Invert
12. Delete
13. Add your close up tube
14. Position it inside the frame
15. Delete
16. Go to Selections / Select None
17. Duplicate your tube
On the duplicated layer, do the following
18. Gaussian blur / 3
19. Change layer property to Overlay
20. Make sure that your frame layer is ABOVE your two tube layers
21. Add a drop shadow of your choosing
22. Add any other elements from your kit that you would like
On all other elements you add, do the following
23. Resize as necessary
24. Position on right side of fram
25. Add same drop shadow as before
26. Add your main tube
27. Duplicate
On the duplicated layer, do the following
28. Gaussian blur / 3
29. Change layer property to Soft Light
30. Add your text
31. Add your name
Add your copyright and watermark information
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
