Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 250
2. Flood fill with a color from your tube
3. Add your tube
4. Go to Effects / Plugins / Mura's Meister / Copies / use the following settings
Wall Paper (perspective)
Random
Wraparound
Behind
Number 24
Shift X 50
Shift Y 50
Angle 0
Rotation 100
Attentuation 0
Scale 0
Thru BG Range 0
Fade Out 100
BG Color white
5. Gaussian Blur / 10
6. Add your tube
7. Move it to the right
8. Duplicate
9. Mirror
10. Change layer opacity to 75
11. Change layer property to Overlay
12. Add your tube again
13. Resize if needed
14. Add a new raster layer
15. Go to Selections / Select All
16. Go to Selections / Modify / Contract / 10
17. Go to Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout / use the following settings
Vertical 0
Horizontal 0
Opacity 50
Blur 10
Shadow Color black
Fill interior with color checked
Color of your choosing
18. Add your copyright and watermark information
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
