This tutorial is written for those that have a general knowledge of the program(s) used
Things you will need...
Earth & Sky Scrapkit by Created by Jill which you can purchase at Scraps and the City or Scrapkit of Choice
gemsmask32 by Gem's Taggin Scraps
Plugins you will need...
Xero / Porcelain
If you would like to use this art, you must first join the PSP Party Central forum located HERE.
And after joining, you must reach the criteria set for receiving her!!!
Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Create a new Canvas, 600px x 600x
2. Flood fill with white
3. Open Paper, CreatedbyJill_EarthandSky_paper04
4. Resize to 600px x 600px
5. Copy and paste into your canvas
6. Apply mask
7. Open Frame, CreatedbyJill_EarthandSky_frame6
8. Resize to your liking
9. Duplicate twice so that there are now 3 frames
10. Rotate and move about the canvas to your liking
11. Add a drop shadow to each
12. Open Paper, CreatedbyJill_EarthandSky_paper09
13. Drag below your three frames
14. Using your magic wand, select inside each of the three frames
15. Select / Modify / Expand / 4
16. Invert Selection and with your paper layer selected press delete, lower the opacity to 50%
17. Take your tube and position and size it as you'd like being your first frame
18. Use your magic wand and select inside the frame once you're happy where it's at
19. Select / Modify / Invert
20. Press delete on your tube layer
21. Change the blend mode to luminosity
22. Change opacity to 50%
23. Filter / Xero / Porcelain
24. All set at default expect blue layer set at 0
25. Repeat this two more times with the other two frames
26. Now, repaste your tube but this time position it above your frames.
27. Add the Xero / Porcelain Filter again
28. Then, Filter / Sharpen / Unsharp Mask
Settings:
50%, 1.0 pixels, 0 levels
29. Add your drop shadow and a outer glow
30. Add any other elements and effects you would like to
I used the following:
CreatedbyJill_EarthandSky_string1 (below the mask and on the right down just a bit)
CreatedbyJill_EarthandSky_ribbon2 (above mask but below everything else)
CreatedbyJill_EarthandSky_hearts
The rest are above the frames

I then added two of the sparkle brushes in colors that match with the tubes now in the frames
Add your name and/or saying
Image / Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked
Resize to your liking
Add your copyright and watermark information
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
