Things you will need...
Aqua Scrapkit by Cinnamon Scraps or Scrapkit of Choice
If you would like to use this art, you must first get permission from the artist.
Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open one of the frames
2. Resize / 75%
3. Using your magic wand, select the area outside the frame
4. Go to Selections / Modify / Contract / 10
5. Copy and paste one of the papers as a new layer
6. Make sure you are on the paper layer
7. Delete
8. Move your paper layer under the frame
** Do NOT deselect yet **
9. Add a drop shadow of your choosing
10. Add your tube
11. Add a drop shadow of your choosing
12. Duplicate twice
13. Close off the top tube
On the middle and original tubes, do the following
14. Go to Image / Mirror
15. Merge the two tubes together
** You should still have the outside of your frame selected **
16. Make sure you are on your merged tube layer
17. Delete
18. Go to Selections / Select None
19. Duplicate this merged layer
On the duplicated layer, do the following
20. Gaussian Blur / 3
21. Change the layer property to Overlay
On the original merged layer, do the following
22. Change the layer opacity to 50
23. Change the layer property to Multiply
24. Add a flower to the bottom of the frame
25. Place it on the right
26. Resize if necessary
27. Duplicate
28. Go to Image / Mirror
29. Merge Down
30. Add a drop shadow of your choosing
31. Add another flower to the top of the frame
32. Place it on the right
33. Resize if necessary
34. Duplicate
35. Go to Image / Mirror
36. Merge Down
37. Add a drop shadow of your choosing
** Note **
Here I colorized the frame and flowers to match one of the colors I chose from my tube
38. Do steps 24 to 37 again

Here I colorized the new flowers to match the other color I chose from my tube
39. Open the tube layer you closed earlier
40. Add your copyright and watermark information
41. Add text/name
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
