Things you will need...
PTU Scrapkit Flowery Fields by HezaScraps that you can purchase at Treasured Scraps or Scrapkit of Choice
Mask by Designs by Mindy Mae

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600
2. Open your mask and minimize
3. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer
4. Go to Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / select your mask from the drop down box / OK
5. Merge group
6. Copy and paste one of the circle frames as a new layer
7. Resize as necessary
8. Using your magic wand, click on the inside of your frame
9. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 10
10. Go to Selections / Invert
11. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer
12. Go to Selections / Select None
13. Make sure you are on your paper layer
14. Copy and paste the cat tails as a new layer
15. Resize as necessary
16. Make sure you are on your frame layer
17. Add a drop shadow of your choosing
18. Copy and paste one of the flowers as a new layer
19. Resize as necessary
20. Add same drop shadow as before
21. Position on your frame
22. Duplicate
23. Copy and paste one of the flowers as a new layer
24. Resize as necessary
25. Add same drop shadow as before
26. Copy and paste one of the butterflies as a new layer
27. Resize as necessary
28. Add same drop shadow as before
29. Add your tube
30. Resize as necessary
31. Add same drop shadow as before
32. Add your name
Add your copyright and watermark information
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
