Things you will need...
PTU Scrapkit by Designs by Ali that you can purchase at Tagger's Delight or Scrapkit of Choice
Plugins you will need...
Eye Candy 4000 / Gradient Glow - Optional

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600
2. Copy and paste a frame as a new layer
3. Resize as necessary
4. Using your magic wand, select the area inside your frame
5. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 5
6. Go to Selections / Invert
7. Copy and paste one of the papers as a new layer
8. Delete
9. Copy and paste the curtains as a new layer
10. Delete
11. Go to Selections / Select None
** Note **
Make sure that you move the frame to the top, then the curtains and then the paper last
12. Add a drop shadow of your choosing to your frame layer
13. Add your tube
14. Duplicate
On the duplicated layer, do the following
15. Gaussian blur / 3
16. Change the layer property to Overlay
17. Add same drop shadow as before
On the original layer, do the following
18. Change the layer property to Soft Light
19. Copy and paste one of the leaves as a new layer
20. Position on one side of the frame
21. Duplicate
22. Go to Image / Mirror
23. Merge down
24. Add same drop shadow as before
25. Copy and paste one of the flowers as a new layer
26. Do Steps 20 to 24 again
27. Copy and paste your wordart as a new layer
28. Add your name
** Note **
I added a gradient glow to my wordart and my name
Add your copyright and watermark information
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
