Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!

1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600

2. Flood fill with white

3. Copy and paste a frame as a new layer
(I used the lace frame rectangle and rotated it 90 degrees)

4. Resize as necessary

5. Add a drop shadow of your choosing

6. Using your magic wand, select the outside of your frame

7. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer

8. Delete

9. Copy and paste the ball dangle element as a new layer

10. Resize as necessary

11. Delete

12. Go to Selections / Select None

** Note **
Make sure that the frame layer is above these two new layers...
It should be frame layer, ball dangle layer and then paper layer in that order from the top...

13. Copy and paste rose jasmine cluster element as a new layer

14. Resize as necessary

15. Place on the top left of the frame

16. Duplicate

17. Go to Image / Mirror

18. Merge down

19. Copy and paste fan element as a new layer

20. Resize as necessary

21. Place on the bottom left of the frame

22. Copy and paste glass element as a new layer

23. Resize as necessary

24. Place on the bottom left of the frame

25. Copy and paste rose candle element as a new layer

26. Resize as necessary

27. Place on the bottom right of the frame

Now comes the fun part... hehe

28. Using the picture tube tool, find the fire and use the following settings

Scale 10
Step 170
Placement and Selection mode Random

29. Add a new raster layer

30. Place a small flame above one of the candles

31. Keep doing steps 28 to 30 until you have a flame above each candle

32. Merge these 4 flame layers together

33. Rename this layer flame1

34. Close this layer for now

35. Add a new raster layer

36. Do Steps 28 to 34 again, except name this new layer flame2

37. Do Steps 28 to 34 again, except name this new layer flame3

** Note **
Make sure that your flames are a little bit different on each layer
You want them to look like they are moving when we go to animate, so be sure you don't try to cheat and duplicate the merged layers when you're done...

38. Add your tube

39. Position it where you like

40. Add your text

41. Add your name

Add your copyright and watermark information

Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.

When you have your tag finished, save as a .psp file

Now to animate it... if you like...

42. Open Animation Shop

43. Open layer flame1 on your .psp file

44. Right-click / Copy merge

45. Paste as a new animation in AS

46. In PSP, close layer flame1 and open layer flame2

47. Right-click / Copy merge

48. Go back to AS, right-click on your workspace and paste after current frame

49. In PSP, close layer flame2 and open layer flame3

50. Right-click / Copy merge

51. Go back to AS, right-click on your workspace and paste after current frame

52. Go to Edit / Select All

53. Go to Animation / Frame Properties / 30

When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
