Things you will need...

PTU Scrapkit All for Love by Bits n Bobs that you can purchase at Exquisite Scraps or Scrapkit of Choice

Mask 124 by Designs by Mindy Maebr>

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!

1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600

2. Copy and paste the rectangle frame as a new layer

3. Resize as necessary

4. Add a drop shadow of your choosing

5. Using your magic wand, select the inside of your frame

6. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 15

7. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer

8. Go to Selections / Invert

9. Delete

10. Add your closeup tube

11. Delete

12. Go to Selections / Select None

** Note **
Make sure that your frame layer is on top of the other 2 layers

13. Click on your tube layer

14. Duplicate

On the duplicated layer, do the following

15. Gaussian blur / 3

16. Change the layer property to Screen

On the original layer, do the following

17. Change the layer property to Luminance(L)

18. Copy and paste one of the bows with hanging beads as a new layer

19. Position them where you like

20. Copy and paste the butterflies as a new layer

21. Position them where you like

22. Add your main tube

23. Position it where you like

24. Add your text

** Note **
I got down to the end of this one and just thought it needed something else
so I picked out a nice mask and it's perfect!!!

25. Open your mask and minimize

26. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer
(Make sure it's on the bottom of your layers)

27. Go to Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / select your mask from the drop down box / OK

28. Merge group

29. Add your name

Add your copyright and watermark information

Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.

When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
