Mayhem Scrapkit by Artmama's Studio or Scrapkit of Choice

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!

1. Open the template

** Note **
Now, I went through and renamed all my layers to make it easier on me... but for the purposes of the tutorial, I will use the template the way it came.
Also keep in mind that I start from the bottom of the template and work my way up!

2. Click on raster 12

3. Add a drop shadow of your choosing

4. Click on raster 1

5. Go to Selections / Select All

6. Go to Selections / Float

7. Go to Selections / Defloat

8. Go to Selections / Invert

9. Copy a paper from your kit and paste as a new layer

10. Delete

11. Go to Selections / Select None

12. Delete raster 1

13. Click on raster 16

14. Add same drop shadow as before

15. Click on raster 9

16. Do Steps 5 thru 11 again

17. Delete raster 9

18. Click on raster 14

19. Add same drop shadow as before

20. Click on raster 10

21. Do Steps 5 thru 11 again

22. Delete raster 10

23. Click on raster 4

24. Add same drop shadow as before

25. Click on raster 3

26. Do Steps 5 thru 11 again

27. Delete raster 3

28. Click on raster 6

29. Add same drop shadow as before

30. Click on raster 17

31. Do Steps 5 thru 10 again

Do NOT deselect yet!!!

32. Add your tube and place it inside the large rectangle

33. Delete again

34. Go to Selections / Select None

35. Duplicate your tube

On the duplicated layer, do the following

36. Gaussian Blur / 3

37. Change the layer property to Opacity

On the original layer, do the following

38. Change the layer property to Luminance (L)

39. Delete raster 10

40. Click on raster 8

41. Add same drop shadow as before

42. Click on raster 11

43. Add same drop shadow as before

44. Click on raster 20

45. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize / use a color from your tube

46. Click on raster 18

47. Do Steps 5 thru 11 again

48. Delete raster 18

49. Click on raster 7

50. Add same drop shadow as before

51. Click on raster 19

52. Do Steps 5 thru 11 again

53. Delete raster 19

54. Click on raster 13

55. Do Steps 5 thru 11 again

56. Delete raster 13

57. Click on raster 2

58. Do Steps 5 thru 10 again

Do NOT deselect yet!!!

59. Add your tube and place it inside one of the small middle parts of the frame

60. Delete again

61. Duplicate your tube and place it inside the other small middle part of the frame

62. Delete again

63. Go to Selections / Select None

On the duplicated tube layer, do the following

64. Change the layer property to Luminance (L)

On the original layer, do the following

65. Change the tube layer property to Luminance (L)

66. Click on raster 2 again

67. Add same drop shadow as before

68. Add your main tube

69. Add same drop shadow as before

70. Add any other elements from the scrapkit that you would like
(I added the 4 hearts)

71. Add same drop shadow as before

72. Add your text
(I made my own word art, but there is word art in the kit you can use if you like)

73. Add any other embellishments or effects you would like
(I used Eye Candy 4000 / Gradient Glow / Fat / default settings on my word art and then added the same drop shadow as before)

Add your copyright and watermark information

Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.

When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
