Things you will need...

I purchased this tube while he was still at AMI, but now you may buy a license to use this work at XeracX
Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open your template
2. Delete raster 1, raster 8 and raster 9
3. Pick a foreground and background color
4. Click on raster 3
5. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize / use whatever settings you like
6. Click on copy of vector 1
7. Change your foreground color to gradient foreground-background with the following settings
Angle 0
Repeats 5
Style radial
Center Points H:50 and V:50
8. Go to Selections / Select All
9. Go to Selections / Float
10. Go to Selections / Defloat
11. Flood fill with your gradient
12. Add your tube
13. Go to Selections / Invert
14. Make sure you are on your tube layer
15. Delete
16. Go to Selections / Select None
17. Duplicate your tube
On the duplicated layer, do the following
18. Gaussian Blur / 5
19. Change the Layer Property to Soft Light
20. Go to Effects / Plugins / penta.com / VTR2 / use the default settings
On the original layer, do the following
21. Change the Layer Opacity to 60
22. Change the Layer Property to Screen
23. Click on raster 2
24. Go to Selections / Select All
25. Go to Selections / Float
26. Go to Selections / Defloat
27. Flood fill with a color from your tube
28. Add your tube
29. Go to Selections / Invert
30. Using your eraser tool, erase the bottom part of your tube
31. Go to Selections / Select None
32. Duplicate your tube
On the duplicated layer, do the following
33. Gaussian Blur / 5
34. Change the Layer Property to Soft Light
35. Click on raster 6
36. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize / use same settings as before
37. Click on raster 4
38. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize / use same settings as before
39. Click on copy of vector 1
40. Go to Selections / Select All
41. Go to Selections / Float
42. Go to Selections / Defloat
43. Flood fill with a color from your tube
44. Add your tube
45. Go to Selections / Invert
46. Delete
47. Go to Selections / Select None
48. Duplicate your tube
On the duplicated layer, do the following
49. Gaussian Blur / 5
50. Change the Layer Property to Overlay
On the original layer, do the following
51. Change the Layer Opacity to 60
52. Change the Layer Property to Screen
53. Add your copyright and watermark information
54. Add your name
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
