Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open your template
2. Delete the background and the credits layers
3. Click on the stars layer
4. Using your magic wand, click on the inside of each star
5. Flood fill with a color of choice
6. Go to Selections / Select None
7. Click on the gray stripe layer
8. Merge Down
9. Make sure you are on the gray stripe2 layer
10. Go to Selections / Select All
11. Go to Selections / Float
12. Go to Selections / Defloat
13. Flood fill with a color of choice
14. Go to Selections / Select None
15. Go to Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 4000 / Gradient Glow / use the following settings
Under Basic Tab...
Glow Width 3
Soft Corners 25
Overall Opacity 100
Draw outside only box checked
Under Color Tab...
Fat
Use color of choice
Opacity 100
16. Click on the white bg layer
17. Do Steps 10 to 13 again
18. Go to Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 4000 / HSB Noise / use default settings
19. Add your tube
20. Go to Selections / Invert
21. Using your eraser tool, erase the bottom part of your tube
22. Go to Selections / Select None
23. Click on the gray square layer
24. Merge Down
25. Make sure you are on the gray square 2 layer
26. Do Steps 10 to 14 again
27. Go to Effects / Texture Effects / Texture / use the following settings
Texture...
Crumpled Paper
Size % 100
Image...
Smoothness 0
Depth 1
Ambience 0
Shininess 0
Light...
Color white
Angle 315
Intensity 50
Elevation 30
28. Click on the blue frame layer
29. Merge Down
30. Click on the blue frame 2 layer
31. Do Steps 10 to 14 again
32. Go to Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 4000 / Gradient Glow / use the same settings as before
33. Add another tube
34. Place it on the right above the frame layer
35. Add another tube
36. Place it on the left above the frame layer
37. Click on the wordart layer
38. Using your magic wand, click on the inside of each of the letters in "Get This" and "Started"
39. Flood fill with a color of choice
40. Go to Selections / Select None
41. Using your magic wand, click on the inside of each of the letters in "Party"
42. Flood fill with a color of choice
43. Go to Selections / Select None
44. Add your copyright and watermark information
45. Add your name
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
