1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 600
2. Using your preset shape with the following settings, make a tall rectangle in the middle of your workspace
Rounded Rectangle
Retain Style checked
Anti-alias checked
Create as Vector unchecked
Line style solid
Width 1
Foreground color black
Background color white
3. Add a drop shadow of your choosing
4. Duplicate this layer
5. Resize 75%
6. Add your drop shadow again
7. Add your text
8. Add your tube
9. Add your copyright and watermark information
10. Add any other embellishments and/or effects you would like
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
