Things you will need...
Froggy Springtime Scrapkit by Angelflower's Scraps or Scrapkit of Choice

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open frame
2. Resize as needed
3. Using your magic wand, select the inside of your frame
4. Go to Selections / Modify / Expand / 5
5. Copy and paste a paper as a new raster layer
6. Go to Selections / Invert
7. Delete
8. Copy and paste another paper as a new raster layer
9. Delete
10. Go to Selections / Select None
On the bottom paper, do the following
11. Gaussian Blur / 3
12. Go to Effects / Texture Effects / Mosaic - Antique / use whatever settings you like
13. Add a flowerbranch
14. Resize as needed
15. Place it on the bottom of your frame
16. Duplicate
17. Go to Image / Flip
18. Add one of the tall flowers
19. Place it on the left side of your frame
20. Duplicate
21. Go to Image / Mirror
22. Merge Down
23. Add your tube
24. Resize as needed
25. Duplicate
26. Gaussian Blur / 3
27. Change the layer property to Soft Light
** Note **
Put your top flowerbranch behind your tube and the bottom one in front of your tube
28. Add another flower
29. Place it on the left side of your frame
30. Duplicate
31. Go to Image / Mirror
32. Merge Down
33. Add your copyright and watermark information
34. Add any other elements you would like
35. Add a slight drop shadow to all your layers
36. Add your name
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
