Sunshine and Lollipops PTU Scrapkit by Bits n Bobs that you can purchase at Exquisite Scraps or Scrapkit of Choice
Plugins you will need...
Mura's Meister / Copies

Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 250
2. Copy and paste one of your papers as a new layer
(I used paper 5)
3. Add your closeup tube
4. Go to Effects / Plugins / Mura's Meister / Copies / use the default settings
5. Go to Effects / Texture Effects / Fur / use the following settings
Blur 50
Density 100
Length 40
Transparency 253
6. Change the layer property to Color (L)
7. Add your tube
8. Change the layer property to Overlay
9. Add drop shadow of your choosing
10. Add your closeup tube
11. Add same drop shadow as before
12. Change the layer property to Soft Light
13. Copy and paste the hanging stars as a new layer
14. Resize 75%
15. Duplicate
16. Go to Image / Mirror
17. Merge down
18. Add same drop shadow as before
19. Add your main tube
20. Add same drop shadow as before
21. Add a new raster layer
22. Go to Selections / Select All
23. Go to Selections / Modify / Contract / 5
24. Go to Selections / Select Invert
25. Flood fill with a color from your tube
26. Go to Selections / Select None
27. Add your text
28. Add your name
Add your copyright and watermark information
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
