Remember tutorials are just a guideline and creativity is always a must when doing PSP, so make it your own!!!
1. Open the template
2. Delete the credit and word art layers
(I also deleted the bat and cat layers, since this isn't a Halloween tag
Of course, your version can be, if you like...)
3. Click on the mask layer
4. Duplicate
5. Go to Image / Mirror
6. Merge down
7. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize / use whatever settings you like
8. Click on Long Black Rectangle layer
9. Go to Selections / Select All
10. Go to Selections / Float
11. Go to Selections / Defloat
12. Copy and paste a paper from your scrapkit as a new layer
13. Go to Selections / Invert
14. Delete
15. Go to Selections / Select None
16. Delete the original layer
17. Click on Orange Glitter Rectangle Frame
18. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize / use same settings as before
19. Add a drop shadow of your choosing
20. Click on Largest Black Circle
21. Do steps 9 to 16 again
22. Add same drop shadow as before
23. Delete Large Black Circle
24. Click on Large Orange Circle
25. Do steps 9 to 14 again
26. Add a new raster layer
27. Copy and paste your spider web into selection
28. Go to Selections / Select None
29. Copy and paste your spider as a new raster layer
30. Position where you like
31. Add your closeup tube
32. Position where you like
33. Duplicate
34. Go to Image / Mirror
35. Position where you like
36. Merge down
37. Click on Black Rectangles
38. Do steps 9 to 14 again
39. Click on your tube layer
40. Delete
41. Go to Selections / Select None
42. Duplicate
On your duplicate layer, do the following
43. Guassian blur / 3
44. Change the layer opacity to 65
45. Change the layer property to Dodge
On your original layer, do the following
46. Change the layer property to Lighten
47. Click on White Rectangle Frames
48. Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise / use the following settings
Uniform
100%
Monochrome checked
49. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize / use same settings as before
50. Add same drop shadow as before
51. Click on Small Orange Circle
52. Do steps 9 to 16 again
53. Click on White Rectangle Frames
54. Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise / use same settings as before
55. Add same drop shadow as before
56. Click on White Glitter Circle Frame
57. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize / use same settings as before
58. Add same drop shadow as before
59. Click on Black Circle
60. Add same drop shadow as before
61. Add your tube
62. Duplicate
On your duplicate layer, do the following
63. Guassian blur / 3
64. Change the layer property to Hard Light
65. Add any other elements from your scrapkit that you like
66. Resize if necessary
67. Add same drop shadow as before if necessary
68. Add your text back in
69. Add your name
Add your copyright and watermark information
Be sure to crop off any "dead space" around your tag, if necessary.
When you have your tag finished, save and you are done!!!
